Refundable Security Deposit

WHAT IS IT?
We collect a refundable security deposit equal to your rental to secure against any damages or late returns

WHEN IS IT USED?
The security deposit is only used in cases when there are heavy scratches, rips or stains. It may also be used in case there is a delay in the return of the rental without prior intimation.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF THE DEPOSIT IS USED?
Absolutely! If there is any problem on receipt of the rental, we will contact you via your email ID and/or phone number to go over the damage/late fees.

WHEN WILL THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED?
If the bag has been returned on time and in good condition, your entire security deposit will be credited to your account within 7 days.
