Prendo is India’s premier luxury handbag leasing service. You can rent a handbag from your favorite brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, YSL and more for 3, 7 or 15 Days. Be it a birthday, wedding or work event, we have the perfect designer bag for you. Membership is free, so sign-up now. It’s time to Prendo.

Which cities is Prendo currently available in?

At the moment, we exclusively deliver to Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore.

How do I Prendo?

4 easy steps. BROWSE. PICK. RECEIVE. RETURN.

Browse through our extensive collection of handbags; You can filter by your favorite brand, a particular type of bag, an occasion you are getting dressed for or a bag in  your favorite color
Once you pick a bag you love, select a booking date and leasing period, 3, 7 or 15 days, depending on your intended use.
Log in with facebook, checkout and you are done. Your selected bag will reach you on your selected date. Go out and rave girl!
At the end of your leasing period, simply put the bag back in the original box and it will be picked up right from your doorstep.

OMG so many bags, I’m not sure, which bag would best suit my look. Can someone help me out?

We have a team of stylists to make sure you get your look right every single time. We will help you pick the perfect bag based on your occasion, your dress, your favorite color and everything else that is important to you!

Do I have to put down a Security Deposit?

Yep, you do. The Security Deposit is equal to the Rental Amount of the bag you’ve selected. This is a refundable deposit and will be refunded to you within 7 days of return of the bag. In case of any damages to the bag, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Do you need to see any ID?

Yep, we do. All you have to do is provide us with a copy of your ID, either your passport or your driver’s licence. Take a picture and upload it when you complete your purchase or send us a scanned copy. This is just so that we can verify your identity. This is a one time process, so once that’s done, it’s on file.

What’s the method of payment you prefer?

We only love Cards! Mastercard and Visa. In this case, nothing beats plastic. We don’t accept Cash On Delivery.

When do I get my Security Deposit back?

As soon as we get the handbag back and check it twice, your Security Deposit will be credited to your account within 7 days.

Are there any additional charges?

The good thing with us is that you get what you see. The amount you see on your receipt is the amount that you will be charged and that’s it.

How will my bag be delivered to me?

Your bag will be delivered to you by courier to the address that you have shared with us.

How do i create an account/sign in?

Our deliveries happen between 10 am – 8 pm and we do require a signature for delivery. We suggest getting the item delivered to your workplace in case there is no one at your home during those times.

Do I have to pay for Shipping?

Nope! Shipping is free both ways 🙂

When will my bag be delivered to me?

Your bag will be delivered to you on the selected date.

What time will my bag be delivered/picked up?

The usual delivery and pick up times are between 10 am and 8 pm. They usually happen mid afternoon. If there is no one available at your house for the delivery/pickup during that time, we suggest scheduling your delivery to the work place.

I really need a bag today, is it possible?

We generally require 24 – 48 hours to get the bag to our customers. Give us a call at 020 67212175 or email us at butler@prendo.me, with the bag you need and we will do our best to see if it’s possible to get you the bag asap!

Can I track my order?

Yep, you most certainly can. Your tracking number will be updated in the orders tab in the my account section of the website.

Help! my order is late

We are so sorry your Prendo bag hasen’t reached you on time. We try our best to plan with our logistics partners so that the bag reaches you on your date. In case it has reached late, we will extend your rental by another day. We do suggest keeping your order date, a day prior to any event you may be attending so that rest assured, you will have your bag 🙂

I really love the Prendo Purple Box, can I keep it?

We’re sorry, but we’ll need the Prendo Purple Box back. You’ll have to put the handbag back in the Purple Box so it gets back to us safe and sound.

How do I return the bag?

Returning the bag is easy as one-two-three.

One: Put the bag back in its dust cover and place it in the Prendo Purple Box.

Two: The Purple Box then goes into the pre-paid mailing bag you received with your bag at the start of your leasing period. Make sure the return paperwork is in the mailing bag. Please email us at butler@prendo.me incase it’s missing and we can send it over for you to print it out.

Three: The delivery person will come pick it up from you

Voila! You’re done.

When will my bag be picked up?

Your bag will be picked up at the end of your leasing period. We all get distracted and sometimes, we just can’t keep track of everything. But don’t worry, we will send you a reminder message before the return date.

I can’t seem to find the return paperwork.

You won’t be able to return the bag to us without the paper. It’s the golden ticket, so please keep it safe during your lease period. Please email us at butler@prendo.me incase it’s missing and we can send it over for you to print it out.

What if I can’t return the handbag on time?

On time, every time is our motto. For whatever reason you can’t return the handbag on time, we will have to charge you late fees.

You see, we will need the handbag back in time so another fashionista can enjoy the Prendo Experience too. The handbag is already scheduled for someone else. If you return it late, then we won’t be able to get the handbag to them on time because we have to get it shipped back to us, then deep cleaned and then prepared for them like it’s as good as new. It’s a well-oiled machine. So, we would really like it if you share the love on time, every time.

Oops! I accidentally got something on my bag, what do I do?

A tiny scuff here and there may be okay. We’ll buff it away. But anything more and we’ll be in a huff and a puff! In case you get any water or any other liquid on the bag, try to dab it with a clean cloth or tissue

For serious, permanent and irrecoverable damages that will make the bag absolutely useless, we will assess the damage and get in touch with you. You may have to say adios to your security deposit. To get the low-down, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Under no circumstances try to fix any damage done to the bag.

I’m a germaphobe. How do I know where my bag has been or what’s been inside of it?

Well, lucky for you, and for us, we will never have to know what was inside the handbag or where it’s been. Trust us, we’d rather not know because we’re extremely iffy about that too! And to relieve our anxiety and yours too, we ensure that the cleaning is taken care of by the experts. Every time the handbag is returned, it is deep cleaned from the inside out, buffed to perfection, thoroughly sanitised, and ready to be used by the next Fashionista. It’s all taken care of.

How do i create an account/sign in?

Since remembering passwords is such a bore, we have created an easy sign up through facebook as an option. Simply click on the login through facebook button, follow the steps and you are done!

What is a Wishlist?

Everyone has a list of things that they want. And, most of the time we can’t remember what they are. Trust us, it helps to have a list. See something you like? Simply heart it and it’s on your Wishlist automatically. You can access your Wishlist any time and get your bag when it’s convenient for you.

Order history

A bit of history helps too, you can access your Order History on your account.

The little extras go a long way.

A word to the wise

They say that a handbag says a lot about a woman. But what’s inside, is priceless! So before you return your handbag, please don’t forget to empty out all your precious items from inside. We wouldn’t want you to lose something valuable. However, we’ll make a deal with you. In the event you do forget something, we will return it to you. But we will have to charge you for getting it back to you. Seems fair enough.
